Data Controller

The data controller for this website is Aztech, operating at dobbeltkonfekt.com. For any privacy-related enquiries, please use the contact page.

What we collect

This website uses Umami Analytics, a self-hosted, privacy-first analytics tool. The following data points are collected on each page visit:

  • Page URL — which page was visited
  • Referrer — the URL you arrived from, if any
  • Browser and device type — derived from your User-Agent string; the raw string is never stored
  • Country — derived from your IP address via GeoIP lookup; the IP address itself is never stored
  • Session hash — a one-way hash of your IP address, User-Agent, and the current date; it cannot be used to identify any individual

What we do not collect

  • No cookies are set by this website
  • No persistent identifiers or tracking IDs
  • No raw IP addresses
  • No cross-site tracking
  • No personal data as defined by GDPR Art. 4(1)

Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The purpose is to understand which tools and pages are used in order to improve the service. This processing is proportionate because all data is anonymised at the point of collection — no individual can be identified from any record stored.

Data processor and storage location

Analytics are processed by a self-hosted instance of Umami Analytics running on a private server located in Denmark. No data is transferred to any third party, and no data leaves Denmark.

Data retention

Raw event data is retained for 90 days. Aggregated statistics (totals, trends) are retained indefinitely; they contain no personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Right of access (Art. 15) — you may request information about what data we hold.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17) — because all data is anonymised and not linked to any identity, individual deletion is not technically possible.
  • Right to object (Art. 21) — you may object to processing at any time by contacting us via the contact page.

Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish data protection authority:
